I purchased a cup with us on it as Best Friends and then when she passed I purchased an ornament memorializing her. They are both high quality, beautiful and cherished. Timely delivery too. Good company.

This site came up as an advertisement on Facebook and I was curious, so I made a custom ornament with the puppies we are getting and our dog that passed away this summer. The second me and my husband saw it, it made us cry and we just had to have it. When it arrived, it was beautiful, and made us cry again! This is a great product and I highly recommend it.

The image printing on the ornament was off so overall fuzzy and very difficult to read very disappointed it item. I feel should not offer this product if can not do it well

It is very nice but smaller than I thought it would be.

The ornament was nice, but I was a little disappointed that it (especially the writing) is blurry. You cannot tell what it says. I thought the writing would be clearer, like the pic in the advertisement.

I loved the concept of ordering this, such a great gift idea. It arrived fairly quickly to Australia also which was great. I was however, a little disappointed with the actual print, the wording is very small, not the best quality and hard to read

This was an amazing gift for our daughter who lost the only two cats she'd ever known a few years ago. She got a new kitten and this was the perfect way to tie them all together. I loved how easy it was to personalize and how many choices there were. We both cried when she opened it. It was beautiful.

My son recently lost his dog of 8 years and had recently gotten another prior to his passing. He loved the ornament other that I had the wrong name for the new dog. Should have been Lady I put Lucy. Don't know what I was thinking! But he loved it anyway.
