Was so excited ordering this for a friend. When I received it the print was awful. Very blurry. I got second opinions. Nothing compared to other like items I have ordered in the past. This company was not willing to give a refund even with a picture of the blurry ornament I received. Bad customer service. If their items are normally nice mine was not and they were not willing to work with me.. Careful ordering from this company,.now I'm faced with swallowing the money I spent here and having to order from another company. Double the price for one gift that was supposed to be special.

I purchased a cup with us on it as Best Friends and then when she passed I purchased an ornament memorializing her. They are both high quality, beautiful and cherished. Timely delivery too. Good company.

This site came up as an advertisement on Facebook and I was curious, so I made a custom ornament with the puppies we are getting and our dog that passed away this summer. The second me and my husband saw it, it made us cry and we just had to have it. When it arrived, it was beautiful, and made us cry again! This is a great product and I highly recommend it.
