We just received the replacement mug, to the one I had ordered for my husband for Christmas...it’s beautiful. The first mug had sadly been chipped during shipping. After contacting PersonalFury, and telling them of the chip over the date, they were happy to send a replacement. So though the first mug had a chip, and the shipping took quite awhile, we couldn’t be happier.
