Somehow my previous one-star review vanished. The letters on my mug have rubbed off. This was a replacement for my previous mug, which got broken. I had that one for many years without issue. Quality has clearly gone downhill. Customer service ignored my initial email and only reached out after my review. After initially promising to do everything they could to make it right, they said it was outside of the 30-day return window, so basically too bad. They also said, “Printing on our mugs can fade away if customers wash theirs with hot water.” Mine hasn’t faded away, it’s disappeared completely! I don’t know many people who wash their dishes in cold water. Buyer beware!

I ordered a replacement mug because the previous one broke. The new one is not the same quality. The lettering is already rubbing off! I’m reviewing on this product although the lettering is slightly different from mine. I reached out to customer service and have had no response.

When our adult son opened one of his Christmas presents, he freaked out! He LOVED the tropical shirt we ordered for him with his beloved cat, Shadow, on it. He immediately took a picture and sent it to some friends. I do believe it was his favorite present!

Bought a hat from here for a Christmas gift putting ears that looked just like our pup on it. It was the favorite gift of the year! It gets worn every day without a doubt. It did get washed behind my back and the design came off so maybe don’t do that, but I ended up buying a second one exactly like the first and he learned his lesson to spot treat it from now on.

I am seventy years old and these sneakers are the most comfortable ever. I got thousands of good compliments from total strangers. The Photo below is the day they arrived at the front door.
I need to wash them.
Any good suggestions out there. Is the washer machine safe or should I get them dry cleaned?
