I bought a custom photo mug for my cat loving son. Although a bit on the pricey side, and any orders should be placed well in advance, it was all worth it to see the joy on my son’s face when he opened his gift! It was truly a meaningful and heartfelt gift, and I’m very happy with the choice I made.

Just wanted to say, I was upset when it was first delivered to me because upon opening the box the handle was broken into 4 or 5 pieces and I would've rated no star. But after some hassle with emailing pics of this, Andrew made it right and approx 10 days later I received my replacement and would now rate 4-5 stars!!

Hello I still have not received my cups to date. Can you follow up with the shipper as to it’s where about I cannot get any information.
