Excellent Mother’s Day gift!

I was sent a small shirt. I don’t know if it was a default size or what but there’s no way I would ever order a small shirt as we would need medium or large at least

After arriving 2 weeks after mothers day, my wife absolutely loved the shirt. She's excited to wear it and plans to wear it on are camping trips

I ordered a Mother's Day shirt with our three dog's name and pictures of schnauzers on April 17th. I didn't receive it until May 13th, the Wednesday after Mother 's Day.

I reached out to customer support about a week prior to Mother's Day. I informed them the USPS site showed they hadn't received it. Unfortunately, by the time they got back to me, it was too late to get it to me in time. Apparently, there has been some sort of mix up at USPS which delayed delivery of several orders. USPS didn't scan those orders in, so they never shipped them.

PersonalFury sent me a personal apology about the delay. As a goodwill gesture, they refunded my shipping costs.

Although we didn't receive it in time, my wife loves the shirt.
