Love this acrylic heart keepsake. However, the colors were very muted, and looked almost white when back-lit (set on a window shelf). I had to take a marker to add color to the rainbow and the water; it looks better now.

The composition was lovely. The pet passed away in early January. When the item arrived it was damaged. You were notified and a replacement order was started. We are now at Feb. 25th. The replacement has not been received. This is too long a process for a memorial memento. To present this to my friend if and when it finally arrives her grief at the loss of her pet will start anew. I am very disappointed.
