When I saw this mug advertised, I thought it was the perfect gift that I could have gotten my husband before he passed in December. I was encouraged to get it anyway and I think of him when I look at it.

I was very excited when I received the mug but when I opened the box, the mug was damaged. The rim of the mug was chipped. I emailed PersonalFury and received a prompt response. They will be sending a replacement mug out. Once the new mug is received I would be move then happy to rate my experience.

Nice mug. I like that you can customize it!!! Names could be a little bigger but I still loved it.

I ordered the 15 oz. mug for my husband. Love that you can personalize for appearance and anniversary date. It came securely boxed and had great bubble wrap protection to keep it safe during transport. I akso had text interaction with them - very supportive and nice to work with. I will use them again in the future.

As of today 12/15 have NOT received order. Spoke with Customer Service last week they stated on its way; do you have an ETA? Thank you

I already contacted customer service, no one seems to be able to help. I'm just told that it shipped, why don't you contact usps and ask them where my order is that I paid you for.
