The picture and wordings came out beautifully as well as the mug itself. The only reason why I wouldn’t rate this a five stars is because for the amount I paid $30.94 I received this mug after 18 days. I expect with the amount they charge for the mug they should get a shipping company who would be able to deliver the mug at an earlier time. I think the amount I paid is way too much!

I am pleased with the product. The mug is the perfect size but my husband complained that it was not heavy enough. His coffee did not stay hot.

I ordered this item in November (enough time for Christmas) and I received it in January. Not very happy!!! I was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband.
