I ordered the precious mug for my precious daughter for very special occasion. Never received it.everytime I tracked it i noticed name came up anonymous and street was entered wrong. So it was stuck in the mailing system I contacted the company and tried to tell me I entered wrong info. I know my name which is NOT anonymous and clearly know where I live. Company indicated I gave wrong info. Although offered to reorder with discount and I pay for shipping again. I will stick to Amazon 100% from now on.
