My order was a Christmas gift for a grandma. There was a printing error on the mug, so had to be discarded, . I was very dissapointed. However, to their credit, the support staff was excellent and organised a new, reprinted mug for me. When the replacement arrived, it was excellent, however, arrived early January and missed the Christmas holidays.
