I love the cup. It met my expectations. It is very fitting & my husband will LOVE IT.

There was black smears inside the cup that I can't get out. It looks like!e ink from the lettering . Other than that, its a very cute coffee cup.

The mug is great quality and so cute!! I would love to give you five stars. Only reason I can’t is because the way the personalization part is set up, it is confusing. My mug was supposed to say Dear Dad...but for some reason it only says Dear and goes straight into thank you for picking up my poop etc. Great mug otherwise. Sad it isn’t as perfect as it could’ve been! Thank you a place to voice these concerns!

I was pleased that the coffee mugs arrived in a timely manner and were wrapped tightly to avoid being damaged. They were purchased as gifts to dog lovers and I know they will be delighted to receive them.
