Terrible service. Am contacting better business bureau. I feel that this company is a scam

My mug was ordered 20 days ago and I feel that your company is not a real company but a scam artist. My order was placed 20 days ago and has been shipping in the US for 2 weeks now. It sat us CA for over 5 days then supposedly went one state away and has been supposedly in York PA. The tracking company looks fake. Anyone could make it up I get packages shipped to us all the time and have never had this problem. They say it’s because of COVID. But I don’t believe it. If my dad doesn’t get his mug next week then I am contacting the better business bureau. I have been corresponding via email nearly everyday and I get notified at 3 am in the morning. One time u was told that my item was delivered. They had looked up the wrong tracking number that I gave them.
