These mugs are absolutely amazing, I was so thrilled with the quality. However, I misspelled my dogs name (Enzo) on one of the 4 mugs I purchased. I e-mailed customer service and they would not send another one as a courtesy, I spent $100 on 4 mugs and was disappointed in the decision by customer service.
