didn't get to see in person.

I had the mug shipped directly to my granddaughter, so I only saw a
picture. It appeared to be exactly what I ordered, and she said she loved it.

Love 💕 It

We ordered two of these mugs. The quality on both, as with all the product I’ve ordered, is GREAT!
My original review stated an issue with customer service, but the issue wasn’t with C/S as I had mistyped their email address and my request was never received. After we were able to get in touch I couldn’t have asked for a better response. The issue was resolved expediently. They have a lot of great product and I will continue to order from Personal Fury.
