Although the quality of the print was beautiful, I feel you need to really look at your products. The back side of this had nothing, just plain white, not even a Christmas color. I never looked at the sizing but it was extremely small. Not what I expected, that might have been my fault from not reading. The ribbon/string enclosed was not even attached to the ornament, I had to string the ornament. The recipient loved the ornament even though it didn’t get there for Christmas. I have ordered through other personalization companies before and I am sorry to say their products out way yours and they are always shipped on time, with or without a pandemic. Undoubtedly, I will go back to those establishments. This item was so small, came in an envelope no less, no reason for the delay. I put a 3 because the print quality was the best part of my order. I do thank you for that. I hope you look at your products and see how you can improve on them. Thank you!
