The items are of great quality and look beautiful but only if you get what you order. Ordered 1 mug and 1 ornament and received 2 identical mugs and no ornament. Ordered in early November and got the 2 mugs just before Christmas (your shipping times you advertise are grossly inaccurate)so unfortunately didn’t get the ornament in time to give it for Christmas. Disappointing. No
