Love the size, it's perfect. I love the handle feels good in your hand. Love the finished product look.

I ordered a coffee cup with my sister-in-law's cats with her in the middle. The images matched the cats and person. She loved it. (I ordered a pillow some time ago with their pug dog and she and hubby still love it)

My friend loved it brought tears to her eyes

To whom it may concern,

Unfortunately the mug I ordered arrived with a broken handle (I have sent images of the product in a separate email).
I am impressed with the craftsmanship of the images on the mug, however I am unable to use it.
Please advise how to proceed,
I would very much like a new mug instead of a refund if possible.
