I got this as a gift for my friend who recently lost her beloved pet. The quality was decent, although I wasn't sure if the print was a bit pixelated due to the photo or the overall print. I sent this directly to my friend and didn't receive it beforehand. It would've been nice to be able to include a gift note. Just a simple print out like what you get from Amazon would've been nice specially since it offers gift boxes already. However, there's no option and when I reached out to customer service they told me to print it out myself and gift it them.
Shipping took forever but it’s finally here! Wonderful quality and a perfect keepsake to remember my sweet puppy❤️

Nice product, seems to be a good company (quick answers to questions). My one big gripe is that from order to delivery it took about 3 weeks, which seemed way too long to me for what the item was (keychain where the only customized part was photo of pet, and pet's name. Other engraving on keychain was prewritten.
