I purchased a mug with representations of the three dogs—Zoey (yellow Lab), Yogi (black Lab), and Xena (chocolate Lab). It arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and it looks beautiful! I absolutely love using the mug each morning, knowing that it is commemorating a special time in our lives together.

I got my mug really quickly-and it was great! I have Basenjis which are rarely on breed lists to personalize, so I was thrilled to “take my dogs to work” on a nice big coffee mug. And everyone at work now knows which mug is mine!

The quality of the cup and customised graphics was fantastic, as was the customer service when I needed help to find a dog breed similar to mine.

Loved everything about this company. Great service. Very personable. The only thing is I just wish they carried large cups to personalize. They only have tiny and regular. The cup was for my boyfriend because I broke his by accident and he hates drinking coffee out of regular size coffee cups but other than that , loved this company. I highly recommend

The mug looked awesome! I had all three color Siberian huskies on it., but unfortunately , the handle must’ve broke during delivery. How would I go about getting a replacement?

Ordered Nov 30th received Jan 19th. The top of mug has a small chip and the top sentence on one side is partially out of focus. Not satisfied AT ALL.

Hi, it’s a fun product, but the printing quality on my mug wasn’t particularly high, especially one side of the mug where there is a disappointing shadow effect with the print.

Gift for Mom. She loved it. Dogs on the mug look just like hers. Came when it said it would.
