bad customer service

I ordered this in November and the site did not indicate that this would not be available by Christmas. The ornament that I received the 2nd week in January is okay, but way too late for a gift, which defeats the sentiment of the ornament. I asked to cancel the order when they told me it was 3 weeks out and I asked for a refund and both were flatly denied. The whole process was very frustrating.
