The day we ordered the pillow we had just had a discussion about all the dogs. Out of 3, two were rescues. We still do talk about them a lot. They were truely loved.

I ordered a personalized pillow but when the confirmation of the order did not come through, I ordered again. Then two confirmations came through and I immediately cancelled one. They did not cancel, sent me two and charged me for two .
I have been arguing and emailing about this every day.
I was finally given a refund but only for 50 percent of the cost. I am still owed $17.23 Amazon is investigating the dispute and holding payment until it is resolved.
I love your products. I have many cat and dog loving friends and relatives. Your products are exactly what I have been looking for. However, I will not order any more of your products until this dispute is resolved.

The pillow is beautiful. I can't wait to give it to my daughter-in-law as a gift. The material is funky tho, not what I expected. Personally, after seeing the material I think it's a little over priced too.

My pillow has three angel dogs. The colors are vibrant, printing is even and fabric is nice. I wish it was a little bigger, but overall I am happy with my purchase.
