Exactly as ordered. Very happy!

The design of the shirt is excellent, exactly what I ordered. It looks great. Very happy with that. The shirt is made of quality material, feels great, and it sized accurately for me. However, the shirt came with some stains on it. Not sure what happened or how that was missed in the process. Because of the stains, I can only give 3 stars. If not for the stains, I would absolutely give this 5 stars. I would still recommend to anyone interested in custom shirt designs like this.

The t-shirt is wonderful. The size runs a bit big, but I would rather it be too big than too small. Nice quality Tshirt.

So I had to order a second shirt because the first one I ordered was the wrong size and I did not catch it. I don't know if it was intended that way but the person helping me on the other end of the customer service came off very rude. Not knowing that we had just lost our pet recently and we were having a hard time adjusting to our loss. So instead of trying to be somewhat compassionate I was told that I would have to purchase another shirt but I would be given a discount code. I don't mind that there was a code but what I do mind is being treated like I'm an idiot for not seeing the wrong size at the time. I ordered a T-shirt for my fiancee, and it had a minor issue in the printing of one of the dogs. I emailed with a photo of the issue, and was very pleasantly surprised when I received a brand new shirt with the printing issue resolved. The service was quick, and they took care of the problem. This was supposed to be Christmas present but I couldn't wait to give it! The colors are bright, the fit is perfect. As far as a T shirt this is great. The shirt is great and would of rated 5 stars but their choice of shipping carriers was a poor choice. After being notified my shirts were completed It took three weeks for the carrier to process and begin to show status.

I had a trio of dogs that were extremely close to my heart. When I saw this product I did not hesitate to order. It is a great quality shirt with the reminder of how much I miss those three pups, and their affirmation of missing me as well. Great product!
