"Found My Forever Home" Ornament

My daughter adopted a dog and I thought the "Found My Forever Home" ornament was a perfect gift for Christmas. It arrived shortly before Christmas, but unfortunately the design and photo was printed off center. I wrote customer service right away and not only did they send me a new one but I received the new one before Christmas. Very positive experience.
