I have reached out via email and tried to find out what happened to my package. It still has not been received
I purchased this keychain for my hubby, I was a little worried about the quality of the photo and how it would come out, but they exceeded my expectations. The wording was also beautifully done and its a very nice gift. My only complaint is from purchase to door step was 18 days long. We may just be a society used to amazon prime lol, but its was well worth the wait, just dont purchase if needed quickly!
I will never order from thi company again. I ordered 2 personalized keychains for my daughters for Mother's Day. The package is somewhere in CA. The tracking system is a joke. Buyer beware.

Honestly I was scared that I was getting ran for my money. It took a while to get here since I’m spoiled with 2 day shipping. Took about 3 weeks to get here. But when it came it was exactly how it looked in the picture. And I love the chivalry behind it. It was cute romantic and playful and thoughtful. Picture wasn’t blurred. It was a miniature pic of how it looks on my phone. I love it and I recommend for anyone that wants to give a cheesy thoughtful I love you gift ! 🥹🥹

I like the key chain and it was a good quality product, but the photo is really dark and a little cloudy. The original picture was not.
