Expensive and colors were not vibrant

I bought this beause, when your pet dies, it's very emotional and it's nice to have something tangible to celebrate their memory. This item is cute but it was expensive for what it is and I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of color vibrance of the photo-charm.

Personalized Keychain

When the item was shipped, tracking wasn't consistent and I was not able to track the item at all. Eveytime I clicked on track my shipment or track via the Shop app, there were no updates on when it can be expected to arrive and I bought the Keychain for a family member who lost their pet so the timing of when the order arrived was inconvenient. The Keychain came out great but the shipping and tracking I was not satisfied with.
