snowmen ornament

I ordered this ornament for my sister, who I was not able to visit this past Christmas due to Covid 19. I procrastinated with ordering and was afraid it might not make it by Christmas, so I had it sent to her house. Well, it did arrive in time, and she absolutely LOVED IT !!! I will definitely be ordering again! ( also, my sister asked who I purchased this from, because she also wants to check out their products).

Loved it!!!

The custom ornaments are really cute. I gave one as a present and one I kept for myself. I had an issue with one of them and customer service sent me a new one in a matter of days.

Custom ornaments

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the smearing of the ink on the customization. I suggest either different ink or let dry longer prior to packing. I ordered 4 custom ornaments and all had smeared ink.😞. Still love what you do though!

Hi Renee, thank you very much for taking your time to leave a review for us. Can you please take pictures of the ornaments and send them to support@personalfury.com? We will look into this issue further.
