I was harassed by “Riley” in Customer Care. I emailed to inquire about an order lost in the system. Riley happened to respond. I explained that I didn’t know how her system worked and I needed help because I was billed for another shirt (I ordered another shirt) but I didn’t receive a confirmation number. Her “assistance” was to tell me I lied.
It was very offensive. She had the opportunity to facilitate a sale. The opportunity to educate or correct me on the glitch in the ordering system. I asked to communicate with someone else. She didn’t respond.
I communicated with the bank about removing the pending charge. After a few business days. I placed another order and everything worked perfectly until Riley emailed me to taunt me.
I asked her to be professional. I wanted a shirt. Nothing personal. So she canceled order. Riley is a psychopath who enjoyed her cruel efforts. The whole communication was uncomfortable and fearful of Riley’s continued escalation.
