Charm Bracelet Just For Swiftie

My daughter would have loved this for Christmas and I ordered many weeks in advance.. Unfortunately I think there was a lack of communication about delivery. I did not receive any notifications unlike other online purchases. I got an email to say it was lost in transit and was offered a replacement but did not feel I could trust the carrier to deliver nor would it arrive in time. The contact from personal fury was excellent but missing the vital link of transit information.
