Awesome and beautiful! I am super happy with my mug. It will be put in use frequently. The cost is expensive but reasonable because of all the personalization, quality and shipping. The delivery from USA to Canada was a bit too slow due to the covid-19, though. Like a reviewer Barbara M.D., I must say a reason for 4 stars instead of 5. It is that the company sent me too many emails almost every day unless I opt for a stop on them (but I will soon opt). But, I highly recommend the company for great items for pet lovers. :)

I’m very pleased with the mug as I’ve never seen type of personalization, cats and owner. My daughter will be over the moon when I give this to her for her birthday. My reason for just 4 stars is that the company sends too many emails to my liking. In addition to the confirmation and shipping information, I’ve received advertisements from them almost every day.....too much for my Inbox!
