Ordered product some 3 weeks before Mother’s Day as a present however product arrived some 10 days later. Don’t think it was a problem with Personalfury, as tracking showed it was picked a week after being ordered. However the carrier (DHL) service was pathetic! 7 days sorting house and How can it be in the air from LA to Melbourne for 6 days???? On the bright side of things this was out of Personalfury’s control and they did refund me the cost of freight when I queried where it was. I suggest they look at using a different carrier. Product was what I expected and my wife was thrilled when it finally arrived. Furthermore The tracking app did not record the product as delivered until 6 days after it had been delivered.
