My Simba passed away on February 15 of this year he was only 6 1/2 years old and I bought this as a keepsake to remember him and keep him close to my heart. The first one did not turn out very good, so I highly recommend zooming in on your pets face. Don’t think you’re gonna get the entire body and when you zoom in and make sure the picture is clear. Trist Zeppeli a customer service representative help me fix that. I appreciate how quickly she got back to me and help me resolved my problem. This may be part of your every day job, but it meant a lot to me. My very first dog I lost when I was 18 and this year, I will be 48 now. I’ve lost my Simba add only 6 1/2 years old. This is never easy, but thank you Trist Zeppeli from the bottom of my heart. The necklace arrived two days after we picked up his ashes.

I highly recommend picking a picture that when you zoom in on your pets face is clear and not blurry. My first one did not turn out very good and I was heartbroken because I lost my Simba on feb 15 . My last dog passed away when I was 18 years old and I did not feel like getting another one until I was almost 42. It came right on time.
