I loved that I could personalize this pillow with our hair, our doggies. But I ordered a 14 x 14 and the pillows size when it arrived disappointed me. It looks much smaller than what was pictured. Other than that, I have it in the bedroom, it is cute, but not anything i could show in the livingroom.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The sizes displayed on our website are actually the dimensions of the outside covers. If you take the insert out, and measure the cover only, it will show accurately 14x14. However, with the content inside, the pillow may look shrinked a little bit. We hope you understand.
