My order was a Christmas gift for a grandma. There was a printing error on the mug, so had to be discarded, . I was very dissapointed. However, to their credit, the support staff was excellent and organised a new, reprinted mug for me. When the replacement arrived, it was excellent, however, arrived early January and missed the Christmas holidays.

It’s really a delight having a place to go to find unique customizable gifts. Those that we’ve received so far have been of outstanding quality and exactly what we ordered. We expect to be coming back again and again.
