The only reason why I am not giving is a 5 star is because of packaging. I ordered an ornament on Nov 18th and received it Jan 11th. I understand with covid I would probably not get it in time for Xmas. I was so excited when it arrived, I opened it and it was broken in half. My heart dropped I was so disappointed. If it's something fragile it needs to be packaged better. Thankfully they are fast to respond to emails and are sending another one. I just hope it's better packaged this time.
