That is why we want to be completely honest with you in this difficult time. As you may know, due to the new lockdown enacted and expected surge in online holiday shopping, our processing and delivery time will be extended.
To all customers who have placed orders including ornaments between November 10th and 25th, we are very sorry to announce that the undesirable delay is taking up to 2 weeks.
We have been constantly restocked to match such high demand for our personalized ornaments. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to get your orders successfully fulfilled no later than December 3rd and delivered by Christmas.
