Easy to use service and quality products

I ordered a holiday gift for a friend well in advance. It was never FULFILLED, mailed or received. I was able to obtain the full amount of my credit card charge. Thank goodness.

The mitts themselves came out adorable. I had a problem with my order- and customer service was helpful- offering a refund or replacement for the lost package. The mitts are a gift and I know they’ll be loved.

I ordered what was supposed to be 3 of the dog balls, and received 3 small balls that would be suitable for cats. Not one of them worked after being charged. All 3 went in the garbage never used.
