Easy to use service and quality products

The mitts themselves came out adorable. I had a problem with my order- and customer service was helpful- offering a refund or replacement for the lost package. The mitts are a gift and I know they’ll be loved.

I ordered what was supposed to be 3 of the dog balls, and received 3 small balls that would be suitable for cats. Not one of them worked after being charged. All 3 went in the garbage never used.

Never Received Anything

Despite several contacts the package had not arrived, the usps claims it was delivered but no package arrived at the designated address and no credit has been made to my account.
