Mug was badly damaged

After it took forever to receive my mug, I opened the box to see that the mug was badly damaged to the point that the whole side where the handle is was completely off the mug. I contacted your company only to have them say they are going to try and send a mug out soon. I would like to be refunded for this mug

the item was just as described. It arrived just in time for Father's day and was packed securely. As the dog pictured looked just like my nephews dog it was a wonderful gift.
