I get an email from the company to give a review on my item! I'm sure the ornament that I ordered would be very pretty if only I could get it. I placed my order on Nov.14 and they sent an email on Nov. 17 to show it was on the way! Still have not seen it! I ordered early to ensure it would be here way before Christmas, but sadly it's not! I have placed orders from other websites around the same time and have already received them! They were personalized as well! It will be very disappointing if I don't receive it by Christmas! If that happens, I probably will not be ordering from Personal Fury any more. This may not be their fault, could be the mail carrier's but the point is i don't have it! Wish I could give a 5 star review on the item cause I'm sure it's very nice but you can't give a true review when you don't have the item!

I bought this ornament for friends that lost one of their fur babies. It was perfect. They loved it!!

I was delighted with my ornament. The personalization process was much better than others I have used, many more choices, and the final product looked just like I wanted it to. My only disappointment was that the ornament material was a bit flimsy and thin. I was hoping for a bit more substantial material.

Gifted to my sister after her loss and she loved it.
