It’s a picture of my two brothers and myself , they both passed away within three days of each other in 2020!! Every time I use the mug I think of them .. altogether I’ve ordered 14 of your mugs as gifts !! Good quality and I’m sure I’ll order more . Thank you
I placed my order for my product on the 2nd of February as I needed it for Valentines Day, and it said it would be delivered between the 13th and the 16th. However, it was saying that my order had only been SHIPPED on the 10th. I then sent an email to customer support asking why this was, and I received a very rude email back. Then, a while later, I received an email from my postal service to say that my parcel had been returned to sender. I immediately emailed them again, to which I got another very rude email. “It was indeed, a mistake on your behalf.” They then requested an extra $7 to have it reshipped! Overall, the quality of customer service was terrible and I received my package on the 20th of March. Delivery is horrible, slow and it is not worth the condescending nature of the employee. However, I will say that the product is of very good quality now that it is here and I am pleased with it.
