Very disappointed in my locket. Granted, I messed up the day of death for my girl, when I contacted personal fury they said it was already in production. You can’t even make out her picture, much less the day of death. It is too small to read! Also the quality of materials are so cheaply made! Save your money, don’t buy from them

My daughter lost her fur baby on Dec 6th this was the perfect gift for her to carry him through the Christmas season and beyond its just like I saw on the web page. Thank you it's perfect. Quality is also superb.

First of all they misplaced my order and then they were quite quick sending my order out to be damaged then the advice to remove the glue from the front of it ruined it completely bad service bad advice in all a very upsetting situation

Had I known how small the picture was going to look I would have never submitted a photo of both of us. I would like to have the opportunity to send it back and resubmit a picture of just my Lewey.
