Got this for my BFF when I moved 2 states away, she loves it and uses it daily. Her new puppy knocked it down and broke it so I was SO happy to see this was still being sold and I bought her another one! I messed up and chose the wrong wording at first. I emailed immediately asking for a correction. They responded right away and she received the correct wording. I'd gladly but from here again and I hope they never stop offering this design.

I moved 89 miles from my hometown and one of my BFFs, not a huge deal in most places but my hometown is on the Queens/Long Island border in NY, anyone whose driven on/off Long Island knows that traffic can be horrible. It's almost never the 2 hours it's supposed to be and it's a fatiguing drive. I got myself and my BFF matching mugs. She uses hers often. Her new puppy broke hers, 3 years after I gave this to her. She was heartbroken. I ordered a new one as a surprise. I even accidentally used the "besties at heart...." wording but the original phrase I chose was "distance doesn't matter when someone means so much". I emailed in a panic, they told me they'd switch it. I figured even if it didn't get switched its OK. Well, true to their word it was switched! I love how customizable this is too and my friend doesn't have an American name so she NEVER sees her name on things. That made this extra special. Great product, great customer service fast shipping, reasonable price. What more could I want? Oh, yeah, never stop selling these in case one breaks again!
