    Purchased as a gift for my wife. She adores this personalized mug. Seems quality made and the product arrived in perfect condition. It did take longer than expected to arrive, but probably my fault for ordering a week before Christmas. Wouldn’t hesitate to shop from this store again.

    Using USPS caused late arrival (not your fault). Tracking package, it sayed in Stockbridgr HA (less than 50 miles away) for 8 days. Unbelievable lousy service from USPS. Was Christmas present to wife, arrived after Christmas.
    On good note, was very pleased with product and will use Personal Fury again and advertise to friends
